Register a Team

To register a team with EPYSA cards

For teams that intend to enter National Championship Series Cup (NCS) and /or State Cup competition, and will play in a division of PAGS or Delco that qualifies them for the competitions:

All coaches and assistant coaches must register themselves Click here. Team roster cannot be produced and cards cannot be printed until this has been done.

Coaches of returning EPYSA teams will need to supply to the TEYSA Registrar

1. last year's roster with players lined out who are no longer on the team
2. names of players who are new to the team. Coach must ask the player in advance "Did you play on an EPYSA team last year?" If yes, tell Melody. If no, tell her that player is new to system.
3. Players who are new to the system, coach must provide
   a. legal first and last name of player. This MUST agree with info on birth certificate
   b. date of birth
   c. address
   d. phone number
   e. parent's name
   f.   email address
              These players will need to have a birth certificate in addition to other information for league registrar stamping session in July/August.

All players, on all TEYSA Travel teams, MUST have registered with TEYSA. Coaches are responsible and will be notified of players who have not registered. Rosters and cards cannot be distributed until the players are registered.

The Registrar will take the information submitted for the teams and produce an official roster, cards for each player and coach, and prefilled RG6 forms. This packet of information will be given to the coach as soon as it is complete. At that time, coach must

1.Get RG6's signed by each player and parent
2.Get cards signed by each player, using exactly the same name as printed on front
3.Attach a 1X1 picture of player to back of card in upper left corner. Do not obscure signature. If picture is too big, get another one.

When all signatures have been obtained, packet is returned to the TEYSA person who is designated to represent us at PAGS or Delco, whichever is appropriate to the team. That person will then attend the League Registration night, get all rosters and cards stamped, and return all to the coach.
